Pricing

TarkApp is priced per business, based on how much you actually use it — and designed to cost a fraction of the staff time it takes off your team. We are early enough to work closely with each business we take on, so we quote after we understand your order volume rather than before.

The comparison that matters

The honest way to think about the price is not against another piece of software — it is against the people-hours it replaces. Today, someone on your team reads every WhatsApp order, works out what it means, finds the SKU and the right rate, and types it into your system. That is hours of skilled attention every day, and it is where most order errors are born.

TarkApp does that same work in seconds, at any hour, without tiring, taking a day off, or leaving for a better offer. It is priced to sit well below the loaded cost of the staff time it frees — so it pays for itself in hours saved, not in some distant projection. Cheaper, faster, and more consistent than adding another pair of hands to the order desk.

How to get a price

Email sales@tarkapp.com with what you sell and roughly how many orders you take in a month. We will come back with a price for your volume. If you would rather talk on WhatsApp — the same channel your buyers use — start here.

What drives the price

Two things: how many buyer conversations your business handles each month, and which parts of the product you switch on. A distributor taking a few hundred orders a month is not priced like one taking several thousand.

We do not publish fixed tiers yet. We would rather quote a number we can stand behind for your business than advertise a plan that turns out to be the wrong shape for it.

What it costs your buyers

Nothing. Your buyers keep using WhatsApp exactly as they do today — there is no app for them to download, no portal to log into, and no fee to them. TarkApp works behind your existing business number.

Estimating the return first

If you want a sense of the value before you talk to us, the calculator on the homepage gives an illustrative estimate from your own numbers. It is an estimate, not a quote — the assumptions behind it are set out on our methodology page.
