Does TarkApp handle returns, warranty claims and shortage claims?
Yes. Returns (RMA), warranty claims, transit-damage and shortage claims are all part of what the order desk handles on WhatsApp — logged against the order and moved forward, with a person brought in where a claim needs judgement.
Can it confirm a payment from a UTR number?
Yes. When a buyer sends a UTR or payment reference, TarkApp can match it to the right bill and record the payment, and it handles payment promises and part-payments too. Anything that does not reconcile cleanly goes to a person.
Can I use TarkApp if I only run on Excel?
Yes. A list of your products and prices — even a rough spreadsheet — is enough to start taking orders. You can connect an accounting system later without starting over.
Does TarkApp change my Tally, Busy or Marg books?
Busy and Marg are read-only: TarkApp reads your items and balances to get an order right, and never writes to those books. With Tally it drafts a Tally-ready sales order your team posts in one click, and can write the voucher back into Tally only where you switch that on.
Is there a delivery or transport side?
