About

WhatsApp-native order automation, built AI-first for India

TarkApp turns the messy way Indian businesses actually take orders — photos of handwritten lists, voice notes, Hinglish, PDFs — into clean, ERP-ready orders, without asking the buyer to change a thing.

What we do

Most business software assumes the customer will fill a form, open an app, or learn a new flow. In India, they won't — they'll send a WhatsApp message the way they always have. TarkApp is built for that reality. It is AI-native: it reads photos and documents, listens to voice notes, understands Hinglish and local trade names, and works out what the buyer actually wants — then drafts the order, checks it against your catalog and pricing, and hands anything sensitive to your team.

The result is the whole order desk on one WhatsApp number: enquiries, orders, rate questions, payments, dispatch and claims — handled with the speed of automation and the safety of a human in the loop.

How we build

The buyer never changes how they order

Your buyer keeps sending a photo of a handwritten list, a voice note, a Hinglish message at 11pm. TarkApp meets them there — the change is on your side, not theirs.

A human stays in the loop

Anything that touches money, credit or a claim is drafted by TarkApp and approved by your team. Speed on the routine, human judgement on the sensitive.

Only the truth ships

We publish no performance numbers until real, opted-in data has cleared the pipeline. Founding stage means honest, not embellished.

Where we are

TarkApp is at its founding stage. We are live with our first pilot, an auto-parts distributor, and we built the platform to be vertical-agnostic from day one — the same engine serves distributors, wholesalers, cloud kitchens and social sellers. We publish no benchmark numbers yet, because we only publish figures backed by real, opted-in data. When those numbers exist, you'll find them on our methodology page, measured and dated.

Who's behind it

TarkApp is built by Ankesh Gupta, Founder. Every article on this site is written and reviewed under a named byline — not an anonymous content mill — because if we ask you to trust the product with your orders, the least we can do is put our name on our words.
