The same brain, different permissions

Everything else on this site is about a buyer talking to a business. This is about the business talking to itself, and about how a stranger reaches the conversation in the first place. It is the same agent and the same data in every case — what changes is who is asking, and therefore what they are allowed to see.

Can our own team use it, not just our customers?

Yes, and it is the same agent under a different permission set rather than a second product. A field rep sees their own retailers' balances, a picker sees stock locations, an owner sees the day's numbers — each answering from the same data, each bounded by what that role is allowed.

Internal is a different permission set, not a different product.

Your own team, three roles3

One agent, three answers, and the difference between them is authority rather than wording

uc-034

A field rep asking a retailer's outstanding

— standing in the shop, mid-conversation, needing a number

What you'll observe

The balance for that retailer, if this rep is allowed to see it. Their own accounts, not the whole ledger — a rep who can query any balance in the business is a data problem walking around with a phone.

uc-035

A picker asking where SKU 4471 is

— in the aisle, hands full, wanting a location and nothing else

What you'll observe

The location, said plainly. No order context, no customer name, nothing the picker does not need — brevity here is a permission boundary as much as a courtesy.

uc-036

The owner at eleven at night

— the question the owner actually asks, in the words they use

Aaj kitna hua?

“How much did we do today?”

UC-036HINDIKANPURPALANQUIN

What you'll observe

The day's numbers from your own books, answered at the hour the question gets asked. This is the one role that sees across the business, and it is the one role that should.

How a stranger reaches it2

Two entry points where nobody has been introduced yet

uc-028

Somebody asking this site what the product does

— on tarkapp.com, right now, on this page

What you'll observe

The widget on this site is the same layer, pointed at our own catalog and our own rules. It answers about TarkApp, refuses what it has not been given, and you can test that on the claims page rather than take it from a paragraph.

uc-113

A missed call that becomes a chat

— the most Indian growth mechanic there is

What you'll observe

A ring and a hang-up is a request that costs the caller nothing, and it comes back as a conversation on the channel they already use. For a buyer with no data balance, a missed call is the whole interface.

Questions people ask before they try it

Is the internal version a separate licence or a separate build?

Neither. It is the same agent answering from the same catalog and books, with roles deciding what each person can reach. Anything a role has not been granted is unreachable to it, the same way a capability nobody switched on is unreachable to a buyer.

Can a field rep see everything the owner sees?

No, and that is the point of the permission set rather than an afterthought about it. A rep sees their own accounts; the cross-business view belongs to whoever is accountable for the business.

Is the assistant on this website the real product?

It is the same conversational layer running on TarkApp's own catalog and rules, which is why the claims page can invite you to try to break it. Testing it here is testing the thing, not a demo built to look like it.

Test it, don't take it from us

Ask it: “What did we sell today?”

You're talking to the product. Nothing you send is added to any business's catalog.
