Orders that were never typed

The buyers who send the most orders are the ones least likely to type them. A chit photographed on a counter at eleven at night, a voice note recorded while riding, a message that says “that one” and means something bought in March. None of it is tidy, and none of it is going to become tidy — so the reading has to happen on our side.

Can an AI read a handwritten order list or a voice note?

Yes — a photographed chit becomes a line-by-line readback against your own catalog, and a voice note becomes an order with the greeting left out of it. Lines it is sure of are drafted; lines it is not are handed to a person with the original attached, rather than guessed.

The lines it is unsure about are the point, not the failure.

A chit is not a form — it is a page somebody has already corrected twice

uc-001

A chit photographed at eleven at night

— crossed-out lines, a corrected quantity, a trade name that is nobody's SKU

Cement PPC — 10 bora
Sariya 12mm — 4 bundle
Pipe 4"6" — 2 no.
Tarpaulin badi — 2
Bharat wala — 1 tin

What it read back

  • Cement PPC — 10 boraSure
  • Sariya 12mm — 4 bundleSure
  • Pipe 6" — corrected from 4"Sure
  • Line 4 — struck out, not countedLeft alone
  • “Bharat wala” — trade name, no matchAsked

Two lines went to a person, with the photo attached and the reason named.

What you'll observe

Lines it is sure of, lines it is not, and the second list handed to a personnot a confident transcription of a guess.

The struck line stays struck. A reading that silently counted it would be worse than one that failed, because nobody would look.

“That one” — meaning the thing bought in March

— no product name anywhere in the message

Woh wala bhej do, pichli baar jo liya tha

“Send that one — the one I took last time.”

UC-110HINGLISHMEERUTPALANQUIN

What you'll observe

It looks at what this buyer actually ordered before and names the item back to them for confirmation. It does not send anything on a guess about “that one”.

The buyer who sends the most orders is often the one who will never type

A voice note from someone who will never type

— forty seconds, a greeting, two order lines and a deadline

What was said

राम राम भाई, दस बोरा सीमेंट भेज दीजिए, और वो पाइप भी — कल तक चाहिए

“Ram Ram bhai — send ten bags of cement, and that pipe too. Needed by tomorrow.”

UC-104BHOJPURIBIHARVOICE

What you'll observe

The order lines come out; the greeting stays where it belongs. The deadline becomes part of the order rather than a sentence nobody reads.

The transcript is on the page in full, because a reading you cannot check is not a reading.

uc-109

Two voices, one order

— a voice note recorded in a shop, with somebody else talking over it

What you'll observe

It takes the order from the person placing it and does not stitch in the second voice. Where the two overlap and it cannot tell, that line goes to a person.

Questions people ask before they try it

What happens to a line it cannot read?

It is listed as unread, with the photograph attached, and a person decides. It is not dropped, and it is not filled in with the most likely item — either of which would put a wrong line into an order that looks complete.

Does it need the buyer to write more clearly?

No, and that is the point. The buyer keeps writing the way they always have; the change is on your side of the conversation, not theirs. A system that needs neater handwriting has moved the work rather than removed it.

Can it handle a voice note in a language we do not speak in the office?

It reads the language the note was recorded in and puts the transcript in front of your team in that language, with the order lines pulled out. Your team does not need to speak Bhojpuri to fulfil a Bhojpuri order.

Test it, don't take it from us

Ask it: “Photo bhej raha hoon, list hai — dekh lo.”

You're talking to the product. Nothing you send is added to any business's catalog.
